Banff Yoga Practice is a place where we create connections to inspire one another to grow, shine, radiate and master or refine ourselves.

Wellness is our focus, to aid healing is our passion.

At Banff Yoga Practice, we hold space for transformation and inspiration to happen. We strive to create a deeper sense of healing within our classes. We support our students to find balance, be mindful and remember to breathe. Our teachers lead with open hearts, support and encouragement and are here for you.

In the Spirit of Truth and Reconciliation, we’d like to acknowledge the land where we gather.

The Banff area, known as "Minhrpa" (translated in Stoney Nakoda as "the waterfalls") is part of the Treaty 7 territory where we recognise oral practices of the Îyârhe Nakoda (Stoney Nakoda) – comprised of the Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney First Nations – as well as the Tsuut'ina First Nation and the Blackfoot Confederacy comprised of the Siksika, Piikani, Kainai. This territory is home to the Shuswap Nations, Ktunaxa Nations, and Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. We acknowledge all Nations who live, work, and play here, help us steward this land, and honour and celebrate this place.
