In this workshop we will focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as exploring dynamic transitions between postures. You will also have the opportunity to refine your alignment, technique, and to receive personalized feedback and guidance. Expect to flow in new ways and have the space to safely experiment with new shapes in the silk.
